Q: When will I receive my order?
Orders are usually produced then shipped within 4-8 business days depending on which fulfillment option you chose. Occasionally orders can take longer to ship due to big sales, promotions, or during the holiday season (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.) Please keep in mind that our products are made-to-order, and can take some time to craft, package, and ship.

Q: What shipping carriers do you use? What do I need to know about International shipments?
We ship via UPS for domestic orders and via USPS for international orders. Please see our Shipping Info page for more information regarding International shipments and costs.

Q: I can't find the track I'm looking for. Can you add it to the site?
A: Sure! If we are missing a track or configuration that you want us to add to the site, simply fill out this form and we'll get it done!
