Delays in shipping due to COVID

Due to greatly increased parcel volume due to COVID, USPS and UPS are experiencing delays in delivering some shipments. We have noticed that many shipments are not delayed at all, while some are only delayed a day or two, but some have been delayed up to to two weeks or more.

We know this is a bummer, but please note that we have no more visibility into the status of your shipment than you do. All we can do is look at the tracking number and wait for progress.

We want to make sure that you receive your order. If an unreasonable amount of time passes with no update on your tracking, we will look at making your order again and shipping it again. But nearly all the shipments we are sending out do end up delivered, albeit late.

COVID has presented a lot of challenges for small businesses, and this is just another one that we must overcome. Thanks for understanding.

USPS official statement:
"Postal Service Priority Mail products and First-Class packages may temporarily require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic."
